It’s been almost exactly a year since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got married and months since Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank tied the knot, so you might think that you’re safe from royal weddings for a while—however, you’d be wrong!
Yet another member of the royal family got married at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle today (which is also where Harry and Meg had their wedding), and this time it was Lady Gabriella Windsor, who is 52nd in line to the throne and daughter of one of the Queen’s cousins. Lady Gabriella married Thomas Kingston in front of quite the crowd this morning, which included Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Philip:

Princess Beatrice and her boyfriend Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi:
And Prince Harry, who made a surprise appearance at the nuptials sans Meghan Markle:
Plus, here’s a pic of the bride and groom, cause that seems relevant:
Even though Harry and Meghan’s Frogmore Cottage home is on the same Windsor Castle grounds as the wedding, it’s thought that Meghan stayed home to tend to baby Archie Harrison (which seems fair, as he was born less than two weeks ago) while Harry represented the couple at the event.
People were speculating that this wedding could have been the first time that we’d see Meghan after Archie’s first photo shoot, but it looks like we just might have to wait until the end of her maternity leave to see her again—that is, unless a prominent member of the royal family decides to get married ASAP. Looking @ you, Beatrice!!
