The G2 Crowd’s Winter Grid Report uses customer satisfaction comparisons to rank the companies vying to take their share of the market. TravelPerk, has emerged as ‘Market Leader’ in the report, and has been ranked the No.1 solution in the space by its customers.
On the heels of a funding-heavy 2018, with over $ 1 billion raised in total, the disruption of the business travel space is now well underway. This is the first time an organization like G2 Crowd has included a ‘Travel Management Software’ category in this kind of report, clear evidence of how this market is emerging at speed.
