Meghan Markle is often portrayed as shaking things up at Kensington Palace, and apparently Prince Harry’s fridge was not immune to Meg’s changes.
According to royal biographer Andrew Morton, Meghan has had a big effect on her husband’s diet, which started years ago when they began dating. “She loves cooking, exploring new foods and experimenting with fresh flavors,” Andrew told Express. “Just as Meghan encouraged a helping of culinary adventure, so she dramatically changed the contents of Prince Harry’s fridge.”
So what might you find in their fridge now? A whole bunch of healthy stuff. “Meghan never leaves home unless she has hummus, carrots, green juice, almonds and chia seed pudding in the fridge,” says Andrew.
Apparently, Meghan has also helped Harry swap out some less-healthy drinks for mineral water, and he has also started doing yoga (side note: how amazing would it be to see Harry in a yoga pose?).
And if changing your diet for your S.O. isn’t true love, then honestly I don’t know what is!
